ELECTRIC GT40

UK-BASED vehicle electrification start-up Everrati and US-based performance car builders Superformance are pairing up to breathe new energy into the legendary Ford GT40. The classic, LeMans-winning vehicle is being developed in the UK and features a bespoke liquid-cooled 46kW battery pack routing power through a 700V electrical architecture to a dualmotor drive system. Everrati has its sights set on 596kW and 800Nm of torque. These figures will propel the GT40 from 0 to 100km/h in four seconds. | IOL Motoring
